Premature ejaculation reasons
Men that suffer from PE are mainly adolescents whose intimate relationships is just in the onset. So PE takes place because of overexcitement or high balanus sensitivity, and one ejaculates either before penetration or right after it. Usually such a PE runs its course when a man gets experienced, but it also can linger on, especially in case of psychological failure stress.
PE is much more rare in manhood. But it can be suffered in adolescence and reappear in mature age - though due to quite different reasons.
There are four main premature ejaculation reasons.
First, a man can suffer from so-called paracentral lobules syndrome (PLS) - this desease is either innate or acquired in boyhood days. Mostly that’s a pregnancy failure or a birth injury. It can also be a complication after brain concussion. To put it simple, there appears a focus of overexcitement in the brain, which is typically accompanied by acraturesis (e.g. enuresis) and pollution (‘wet dreams’ that happen even when your intimate life is stated).
Second, there can be an inflammatory process in the seminal hillock (that’s a lump in the back of urethra embosomed with prostate), where the ejaculation reflex starts. That can be a complication of genital infections and urethroprostatites.
The third possible premature ejaculation reason lies in male hypersexuality - high sxual activity implies rapid ejaculation. Usually a partner is able to have one more intercourse very soon, which would be as short as the previous one.
The fourth group of premature ejaculation reasons includes various psychological factors like fear to be ‘below the mark’ or overexcitiment caused by long-term abstinence. PE can also be a consequence of early intimate life start, when ‘fast love’ was always accompanied by the fear to be caught.
